We have all spent a lot of time sheltering in place in our homes in the last few months. This weekend, we think about those that didn’t get to come home. The men and women of the armed forces who gave their lives for their country. We here at Graham-Field join you in honoring them and reflecting on what their sacrifice means for our freedoms.
So as we continue to cope with the effects of the pandemic, let’s not forget the meaning of Memorial Day. Let’s not forget the families of those who died in service to their country. Let’s comfort and safeguard those families that live in our communities.
Yes, more than just a day off work, Memorial Day reminds us of the ones gone, our mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, and friends, the ones who gave everything they had, the ultimate sacrifice.
